Amplify Systems is committed to our customers. As part of this commitment, we agree to respect and to do our best to protect your privacy. In furtherance of this goal, Amplify Systems has joined the United States Department of Commerce Safe Harbor Program.

This Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. Over time, business changes may occur which might impact our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Please check these sections periodically for the most up-to-date information. While our policies may alter, we will never make changes that jeopardize the privacy and protection of the customer information we have gathered. In the event that a change of this nature is mandated, we will be sure to obtain necessary consent or provide an opt-out opportunity. Actual practices may vary as required by local laws and regulations.

INFORMATION YOU GIVE US:
We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. You provide most such information when you request information from Amplify Systems ("Amplify Systems"). As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as your name, address, and phone numbers, email addresses and areas of interest. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests and communicating with you.

AUTOMATIC INFORMATION:
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact electronically with us. For example, like many websites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses amplifysystems.com. Although information relating to our clients is crucial to our business, we do not sell this information to other parties. When necessary due to business need, we may share information to vendors or Amplify Systems subsidiaries that share our Privacy Policies, or adhere to similar guidelines. AGENTS:
We utilize and contract other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include outreach, industry surveys, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data and providing marketing assistance. Access to customer information is on an as-needed basis, and this material may not be used for other purposes than those arranged.

PROTECTION OF AMPLIFY SYSTEMS AND OTHERS:
In order to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Amplify Systems, our users, or others, we may need to disclose gathered customer information. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection. This disclosure does not include any commercial sharing.

Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

Amplify Systems will not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first letting you know and offering you a choice. We will also provide you the opportunity to let us know if you wish to opt-out of partial or all contact from Amplify Systems and we will do everything we can to honor such requests. If you do not want to receive Terms of Use and other legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Notice, those notices will still govern your use of amplifysystems.com, and it is your responsibility to review them for changes.

ONWARD TRANSFER
The personal information that you provide to us may be transferred within Amplify Systems across state or country borders. Amplify Systems is committed to ensuring the security of your information. To protect data we have collected from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Amplify Systems will gather personal information only to the extent that it is relevant for the purposes for which it is to be used. We will not process personal information in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently authorized by you. We agree to take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data we collect is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.

ACCESS
It is important for Amplify Systems to keep your personally identifiable information accurate. We will provide you with access to your information, including making every effort to provide you with online access to your data so that you may review, update or correct your information. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or enabling you to make corrections. OVERSIGHT:
To verify compliance, Amplify Systems will engage in periodic self-audits. In the course of this self-assessment, Amplify Systems will confirm that this Privacy Policy is accurate, comprehensive, prominently displayed, completely implemented, accessible and conforms to the Safe Harbor principles. We will also verify that appropriate employee training and internal procedures for periodically conducting objective reviews of compliance are in place. In addition, Amplify Systems’s privacy practices are self-certified to the United States Department of Commerce Safe Harbor Program. ENFORCEMENT: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to amplifysystems.com or to Amplify Systems’s Privacy Policy, privacy practices, or the implementation thereof shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Boston, MA; except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Amplify Systems' intellectual property rights, Amplify Systems may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Massachusetts, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
